Main steel structure frame

Standard Steel Structure Workshop (1)

The warehouse steel structure use Portal frame, which is easy to build up and cost is cheap. The office building use multi-floor steel frame, which can contain more people to work at same time, maximize utilize the land, small land build a big working place.

The specification for the office steel frame is bigger, our engineer calculate the possible worker quantity that stay at the office, consider all the weight and design the steel frame specification.

Steel support system

Warehouse building area include all steel structure support part, including all angle steel, rode steel, and steel pipe materials.

Office building area only include vertical support, other small support steel is canceled to make the concrete wall easier.

Wall & Roof covering system

Roof purlin: Warehouse building area use standard C steel as purlin, which is easy to install and maintenance.
Wall purlin: Warehouse part use Z section steel, which got a better performance to fix the steel panel. And the office part not include any purlin, just make the cover by concrete materials to create better living environment.

Roof sheet: Dark gray color V900 steel sheet used as wall panel, this section panel is used widely by worldwide area, which is easy to install and change after use it several years.

Wall sheet: light gray color V840 steel sheet used as wall panel, there is other steel sheet part is used to seal the connection area between wall and roof system.

Additional system

Rain gutter: U shape gutter is used to install at the roof top edge, made by galvanized steel, this type gutter is widely used at big rain area, the capacity to collect the water is big.

Downpipe: Elbow pipe installed at the roof top, connected with the roof system, then transfer the water to straight pipe and lead it to land, all pipe made by anti-sunshine PVC materials.

Door: Warehouse building installed steel sheet door, the door frame is made by angle steel, and door panel is made by steel sheet, this type door is cheap, need change and maintenance often.
Office building installed wooden door, which looking more beautiful and insulated the outside noisy environment.

5.Galvanized bolt is used for all connection system, because the project area often rain, the project owner worry the bolt get rust after exposed at rain.Foundation bolt also use galvanized manufacture process treatment, so that the life time get bigger even rain often.
