The warehouse require a big height size, so the steel structure column must be stronger, add bigger specification steel plate to strength the column..

There is a huge ridge ventilator at every warehouse top, that’s why need make the steel roof beam stronger to hold the heavy ventilator, therefore the steel materials also need more.

The two factor of higher height and big ventilator lead the warehouse steel frame specification to be big, so that the building can stay safe when it face strong wind storm.

Steel support system

All structure support is equipped, and special add support steel part at the ridge ventilator position, so that the ventilator can stay stable when storm come.

Specially add angle steel as support between two column to modify the big structure stability.

Wall & Roof covering system

Roof purlin: light purlin is designed at the roof to decrease the roof weight, because we already add heavy ventilator at the warehouse top, otherwise the weight loading is too big.

Wall purlin: standard purlin is designed to for wall part, the distance between wall purlin get closer than most of the warehouse building, to fit 3 sets line window, the window is different than most of standard warehouse.

Roof sheet: desert yellow color is required by warehouse owner, than we just customized color for him, it is not a common use color, but client like it, than we make it.

Small size transparent sheet is installed at the roof top, because the goods inside the warehouse can not be exposed at too much sunshine.

Wall sheet: wall panel color is same as roof panel, it looks more beautiful when people look it, and it is easy to decorate the warehouse in furure.

Additional system

Rain gutter: the 4 units warehouse are not touched with each other, totally independent with each other, therefore only need add gutter at two side, no need add gutter at middle, we installed the steel sheet gutter to united all building color to be same.

Downpipe: the water drainage system is combined by 3 part, the rain collector, the rain downpipe, and the PVC elbow, with the help of this 3 part, the rain water can be drainage out to warehouse easily .

Door: the goods inside the warehouse will be very closed with each other, not easy to move it, so we have to open more gate to ensure every position can take our the goods from warehouse, 12 pcs gate is installed at each warehouse, size is common size.

Window: the warehouse height is 12m, and there is several layer is divided at the warehouse height direction, so we open 3 layer window to fit the warehouse inside layer design.

5.High strength foundation bolt is designed at main column position, to molt the column to the foundation well. The connection between other main structure part is done by 10.9s bolt.
