Wall & Roof covering system

Roof purlin: galvanized C steel used as roof purlin, used to fix pulin with roof panel.

Roof sheet: dark gray steel sheet used as roof cover, the thickness is bigger than other standard project, because there is dairy manure gas, the gas will corrode the roof panel, only big thickness sheet and special painting process can solve the corrode problem, otherwise the the roof cover life time will be very short.

Additional system

Ventilator: there is ridge ventilator installed at the roof top, it is used to improve air convection performance, otherwise the manure gas gonna gather, and it is not good for the cow and worker that need enter in cow house, good performance ventilator is needed.

Channel: there is worker pass channel inside the cow house, it is used for worker feed the cow without enter in the house, quite necessary.

5.The bolt between column and beam use high strength bolt, it is a very strong connection parts. Foundation bolt use small bolt, we choose it because we have to consider the construction cost, it is a agriculture project, we have to control the project build cost small.
