The project owner planed to put solar panel at the warehouse roof in future, so we consider the solar panel weight and designed a safe roof structure and panel. Stronger roof steel frame is designer, so that even put solar panel at the roof top, the roof will not be damage.

The roof panel is different than most of the standard roof panel, there is solar panel support frame install position available.

Steel support system

Stronger support steel is designed due to there may put solar panel in future, it is bigger weight.

The tie bar used customized specification to fit the support design.

Wall & Roof covering system

Roof purlin: strong C section purlin is used to load the big weight solar panel.

Wall purlin: standard C section purlin is designed to fit the wall panel, there is no extra weight, only consider the strong wind force and earthquake force.

Roof sheet: special designed sheet is used, the sheet section is different than standard section, which can install fix part for solar panel support, type is V925 roof sheet.

Long size sky light panel is installed to collect sunshine, so that no need open electric light at day time.

Wall sheet: good looking wall sheet is used at wall system, the local people like this style wall sheet, then we designed it to fit with local market, the cost is same as other common warehouse wall system.

Additional system

Rain gutter: the gutter is very hard to change if there is any water leakage in future, so we suggest client use bigger thickness gutter to avoid the future leakage problem.

Downpipe: steel pipe is used at this project, because the sunshine is very strong at the project area, the PVC pipe may get damaged by exposed at strong sunshine for a long time.

Door: 14 pcs common door is installed, the door width is only 3m, and door height is 4m, because the client told us big truck is not allowed to enter the warehouse, so we only need consider small truck size and goods size when we design the door dimension, and try to make cost less with demand fulfilled, 3m*4m door is enough to use.

5.Bigger size foundation bolt is installed, because the warehouse width span is quite big, only big bolt can limited the column moved, M 32 foundation bolt is designed. And the connection bolt between steel frame beam and column is also special used bolt, not standard bolt.
