There is our manufacturing machine production process.
1.First step to cut the steel materials to be small plate.
The main point to control product quality at this step is to cut the plate premise as design drawing, thanks to our machine update plan at 2018, all our cutting machine use auto laser cutting mode, which was provided by German.

2.Second step to weld the small plate to be H section steel column and beam part.
Some factory weld it by manpower manual, it happen is some Africa project site as well. Due to we got big market share and need a big production capacity, it is impossible for us, so we already update the wedding machine to be auto machine as well, not work by manpower, our wedding capacity is 5 000 000 ton steel every year, 3 factory total wedding capacity.

3.Third step to cut some small connection steel plate, make the bolt hole and weld it to the steel beam and column.
All small part cutting and hole making by laser machine, so that the hole distance and hole size is exactly same as other part design, so that when client assemble them, it will be very smooth, no any installation trouble.

4.Fourth step is to de-rust, painting and packaging.
Deep de-rust process is so important, if the steel de-rust process not well, the painting will be damaged within few years after installation, the life time of the steel structure building will be short as well. Afford steel we always think this for client, process it by best de-rust machine and painting it well.
