His requirement is simple, build a workshop with long life time and build it fast, so we provide his a steel structure with 50 years life time, and finished the project by 3 month.

Design Parameter

Building designed wind loading speed :Wind load≥150km/h.
Building life time: 50 years.
Steel structure materials: standard Q235 steel.
Roof&wall sheet: covering system made by sandwich glass wool panel, this type materials get a good performance for fireproof, it is import because this workshop will be used as garment factory, there is risk for fire damage, so we choose this materials to avoid the risk.
Roof&wall purlin(Q235 steel) : Galvanized steel
Door & window: 6 pcs big sliding door with size 6mx4m.

Production & Shipping

We finished the production within 18 days, which include design time, very fast.
The shipping takes 28 days from China to Tanzania, we ship it by fast shipping line, because the client need the workshop urgently.

Installation

Our construction partner contract for the steel workshop construction and assemble, it is a big construction company at local, they have full construction equipment and experience engineer, all works done within 32 days.
