Project Introduction

Design Parameter
Building designed wind loading speed :Wind load≥250km/h.
Building life time: 50 years.
Steel structure materials: standard Q235 steel.
Roof&wall sheet: EPS panel with thickness 50mm.
Roof&wall purlin(Q235 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door & window: 3 big size door with width 6m, and height 5m.
Production & Shipping
5 days to discuss the details design with client.
20 days to manufacture the all steel structure materials.
Shipping process takes 47 days since we loaded the goods from our factory in China.
Installation
We sent the concrete foundation used bolt before shipping the goods, so he make the concrete foundation finished before our steel structure materials arrived, this way saved his project construction time, so that he can start steel structure assemble once the materials arrived. Totally takes 19 days since materials arrived Djibouti.
