Steel structure warehouse
Project Introduction
The project owner want to build up a big warehouse with 2000sqm, but his project site land is small, only about 1000sqm, this dimension can’t fulfill his demand, so we suggest client make the workshop to be double floor, cost more, but it can fulfill his storage demand by this small land area.
Design Parameter
Building designed wind loading speed :Wind load≥350km/h.
Building life time: 50 years.
Steel structure materials: Steel that follow international standard.
Roof&wall sheet: Composite panel as roof and wall covering system.
Roof&wall purlin(Q235 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door & window: 2 big gate at ground floor, and there is a steel stairs to first floor. 16 pcs window installed at two side of the warehouse.
Production & Shipping
The production process takes 32 days, a normal production speed.
We choose direct shipping line, only 12 days from China to The Philippines.
Installation
The construction work made by our construction company there, land flat takes around one week, and the concrete foundation construction takes 2 weeks, the steel structure assemble work is fast, only 1 week done.

The client is satisfy with our design team and construction team, he didn’t put too much effort to the project, only told us his demand, then we did the all rest work.
