Project Introduction

This building is the first one steel structure shopping mall in Cameroon, designed 2 floor, ground floor height 6m, which is suitable to decorate as a luxury area, the first floor height is 3m, which is suitable to use as a normal shop area.
The project located in a business area that land is very expensive, that’s why he asked us to design it to be 2 floor to save land cost, it saved a lot money for client.

Design Parameter

Building designed wind loading speed :Wind load≥200km/h.
Building life time: 60 years.
Steel structure materials: standard Q345 steel.
Roof&wall sheet: white color sandwich panel with thickness 50mm.
Roof&wall purlin(Q235 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door & window: 18 pcs big window and 2 pcs line window, all made by aluminum frame and glass, 4 pcs big door for customers enter and exit.

Production & Shipping

Production takes 29 days after confirmed the design drawing.
Shipping takes 47 days, include inland transportation and goods loading process.

Installation

Civil construction made by us, it takes 1 month only, we flat the land very fast by efficient construction team. And the assemble work takes 15 days only, because the client want to build it urgently, so we hire more worker to assemble it.
