Philippines steel workshop
Project Introduction
The warehouse owner have a farm in Philippines, he want to build a temperate used warehouse to storage feeding materials, so he want a cheap price, small project budget with short project life time. We made the warehouse budget to be smaller, and try to save money for client in every point.
Design Parameter
Building designed wind loading speed :Wind load≥350km/h.
Building life time: 10 years.
Steel structure materials: standard Q235 steel.
Roof&wall sheet: small thickness sheet(V-840 and V900) with white color.
Roof&wall purlin(Q235 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door & window: 1 door only.
Production & Shipping
We finished the warehouse production within 2 weeks after received the client deposit payment, it is a small project, production time is very short.
The shipping takes 15 days to arrive Manila south port in Philippines since we loaded the goods.
Installation
Client want save construction cost, he don’t need we send engineer to his project site, so we send the installation drawing and construction drawing to him, and guide his worker assemble it on line.
Execute Summary
1 days for steel warehouse building design.
14 days for manufacture the warehouse.
15 days for shipping from China to the destination Philippines.
24 days for the civil construction and steel structure installation.
Client Feedback
The project owner is very happy with our price and production time, he told us he never image we can finished his goods production within 2 weeks, but we did it, very fast.
