Ethiopia steel workshop
Project Introduction
This project is a workshop which used for Plastic products processing factory.The owner contacted us and said he needs a Economic and good looking steel workshop. So we made a very budget saving plan for him. Normally 24m span is enough for inside production line running and it’s H beam&column steel design size will not be very big. Meanwhile 6m column to column space is easy for roof&wall purlins shipping. We made full wall sheets for him to save the civil cost of brick wall.
Design Parameter
The below information are the parameters of different parts:
Workshop building :Wind load≥0.5KN/M2 ,Live load≥0.5KN/M2 ,Dead load≥0.15KN/M2.
Steel beam &column(Q355 steel):2 layers epoxy antirust oil painting in 160μm thickness color is mid-grey.
Roof&wall sheet:corrugated galvanized sheet(V-840 and V900) White- grey
Roof&wall purlin(Q345 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door size is 5*5m sliding door, which can let big trucks move in or out easily.
This workshop equipped with 10 Tons overhead crane machine to load inside raw material.
Production & Shipping
We prepared all steel parts for client during 30days, and packed loaded in 4*40HC containers. Shipping time is 35 days to Djibouti port.Client get containers from Djibouti port and arrange tow truck to his project location.
Installation
Client also used our installation partner team in local for the installation work, it cost 42days totally to finish the foundation and installation work.
Execute Summary
From client contact us to project done ,It took a total of 107 day.This is a project with a very fast construction cycle for customers in Ethiopia.Our company provides the whole process of design, processing, transportation, installation, and later maintenance.
