Ethiopia Poultry House
Project Introduction
The Broiler poultry house, located in Addis Ababa city,Ethiopia. The size of the Broiler poultry house is 120m*15m*3.5m, Total 1800SQM. A total of 35000 broilers are planned to be raised in cages.We order the broiler breeding equipment together for our customers, and then send it to the port in packing containers.
Design Parameter
The below information are the parameters of different parts:
Poultry house building :Wind load≥0.35KN/M2 ,Live load≥0.35KN/M2 ,Dead load≥0.15KN/M2.
Steel beam &column(Q355 steel):2 layers epoxy antirust oil painting in 190μm thickness color is red
Roof&wall sheet:corrugated galvanized sheet(V-840 and V900) White color
Roof&wall purlin(Q345 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door size is 1.5*2.1m Pushing door, which is good at airtightness
This Poultry house investment is small and the return is high. Very popular in the local market.
Production & Shipping
We prepared all steel parts for client during 28 days, and packed loaded in 2*40HC containers. Shipping time is 45 days to Djibouti port. Client use ESL(Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise) and get containers from Modjo/ commet DRY PORT,then use trucks take to his project site.
Installation
The owner used local installation team to install the steel structure parts, it cost 48 days totally to finish the foundation and installation work.
Execute Summary
From client contact us to project done ,It took a total of 121 day.This is a project with a very fast construction cycle for customers in Ethiopia. Our company are responsible for project design, material processing, and transportation,online support installation.
Client Feedback
After putting into use, customers are very satisfied with our design, materials and services. At present, they are planned to expand the scale of breeding, and the new land for the construction of poultry houses is under approval.
